Lancepyris opertus

Taxonomy
Lancepyris opertus was named by Azevedo and Azar (2012). Its type specimen is MNHN AD-39, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Lebanese amber, Ain Dara, Caza Aley (LU AD collection), which is in a Barremian terrestrial amber in Lebanon. It is the type species of Lancepyris.
