Formica martynovi
Taxonomy
Lasius martynovi was named by Popov (1933). Its type specimen is PIN 3546/1, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Ormety, vicinity of Gori (PIN collection 3546), which is in a Sarmatian terrestrial siliciclastic in Georgia.
It was recombined as Formica (Serviformica) martynovi by Dlussky (1981); it was recombined as Formica martynovi by Bolton (2012).
