Archipsyche eichstattensis
Taxonomy
Archipsyche eichstattensis was named by Handlirsch (1906). Its type specimen is NHMW2007z0142/0003, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Eichstätt, Solnhofen (Naturhistorischen Museum Wien collection), which is in a Tithonian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Solnhofen Formation of Germany.
