Carabites arapahoensis
Taxonomy
Carabites arapahoensis was named by Cockerell (1918). Its type specimen is UCM 5822, an elytra, and it is an impression. Its type locality is One mile west of Spencer, Arapahoe Pass Road, which is in a Wasatchian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Coalmont Formation of Colorado.
