Archiculicoides unus

Taxonomy
Protoculicoides unus was named by Borkent (2000). Its type specimen is AMNH JS 637 F 87, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Lebanese amber, Jezzine (AMNH collection), which is in a Barremian terrestrial amber in Lebanon.

It was recombined as Archiculicoides unus by Borkent (2013), Borkent (2019) and Borkent and Dominiak (2020).
