Taxonomy

Burmirhynchia termierae was named by Rousselle (1965).

Subspecies

B. athiensis, B. preathiensis

Synonyms

Globirhynchia concinna was named by Cooper (1989). It is not extant. Its type locality is Al Jurayfah, S1244, which is in a Bathonian shallow subtidal limestone in the Dhruma Formation of Saudi Arabia.

It was synonymized subjectively with Burmirhynchia termierae by Alméras et al. (2010).
Globirhynchia crassa was named by Cooper (1989). It is not extant. Its type locality is Al Jurayfah, S1617, which is in a Bajocian shallow subtidal limestone in the Dhruma Formation of Saudi Arabia.

It was synonymized subjectively with Burmirhynchia termierae by Alméras et al. (2010).
Globirhynchia dubia was named by Cooper (1989). It is not extant. Its type locality is Al Jurayfah, S1679, which is in a Bajocian shallow subtidal limestone in the Dhruma Formation of Saudi Arabia.

It was synonymized subjectively with Burmirhynchia termierae by Alméras et al. (2010).
Globirhynchia triangulata was named by Cooper (1989). It is not extant. Its type locality is Al Jurayfah, S1618, which is in a Bajocian shallow subtidal limestone in the Dhruma Formation of Saudi Arabia.

It was synonymized subjectively with Burmirhynchia termierae by Alméras et al. (2010).
