Colpotoria nazeri

Taxonomy

Burmirhynchia nazeri was named by Alméras (1987). It is not extant.

It was recombined as Colpotoria nazeri by Alméras et al. (2010).

Synonyms

Colpotoria magna was named by Cooper (1989). It is not extant. Its type locality is Wadi Birk, S1652, which is in a Bathonian shallow subtidal limestone in the Dhruma Formation of Saudi Arabia.

It was synonymized subjectively with Colpotoria nazeri by Alméras et al. (2010).
Colpotoria plicatilis was named by Cooper (1989). It is not extant. Its type locality is Hassiyan Pass, S1151, which is in a Bathonian shallow subtidal limestone in the Dhruma Formation of Saudi Arabia.

It was synonymized subjectively with Colpotoria nazeri by Alméras et al. (2010).
