Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
R. Florin 1940Woody plants. Leafy, branchlets straight or slightly curved, 3 cm. long or longer, with a thin axis. Leaves on sterile branchlets dimorphic. The majority of the leaves bilateral, closely and spirally disposed, linear, entire, straight or slightly falcate, or even S-shaped, in flank view +/- spreading (30-60°), flat and but slightly keeled on the falnks, tapering to an acute or acuminate apex, where they are slightly bent towards the distal end of the of the branchlet, unsymmetrical at the non-contracted, broadly decurrent base, which is completely sheating the axis, coriaceous, uninerved, expanded in approximately the same plane, 4-7 mm. long. in the free portion and 0.6-1.0 mm. broad as viewed from the flanks. Leaves at the base of the branchlets scale-like, bifacial, overlaping, linear-triangular, almost erect or somewhat spreading (10-35°), radiating in all directions, obtusely keeled on their lower surfaces, acute or acuminate, and broadly decurrent.
