Thiniites thiniensis
Taxonomy
Thiniites thiniensis was named by Krystyn (1982). Its type specimen is GBA 1979/05/11/1 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jomsom A, bed 85, which is in a Lacian deep subtidal marl in the Mukut Formation of Nepal. It is the type species of Thiniites.
