Khudiakovia calloviensis was named by Arkhangelsky (1999). Its type specimen is 104a/27, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is near Saratov (PROXY), which is in a Callovian marine horizon in the Russian Federation.
