Alanites mulleri

Taxonomy
Alanites mulleri was named by Silberling and Nichols (1982). Its type specimen is USNM 248903 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS M2359, spur between Star and Bloody Canyons, which is in a Bithynian marine limestone/siltstone in the Prida Formation of Nevada.
