Xiyukannemeyeria brevirostris
Taxonomy
Parakannemeyeria brevirostris was named by Sun (1978). Its type specimen is IVPP V 4457, a partial skeleton (Skull with lower jaws, humerus, radius and ulna), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Huangshanjie, Fukang, which is in a Triassic terrestrial siliciclastic in the Kelamayi Formation of China. It is the type species of Xiyukannemeyeria.
It was recombined as Xiyukannemeyeria brevirostris by Liu and Li (2003) and Li and Sun (2008).
