Gavialis bengawanicus

Taxonomy
Gavialis bengawanicus was named by Dubois (1908). Its type specimen is ‘Collectie Dubois,’ Naturalis, Nationaal Natuurhistorisch Museum, Leiden, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Trinil, which is in a Pleistocene terrestrial horizon in Indonesia.
