Taxonomy
Polycoelia dobrolyubovae was named by Ilina (1970). Its type specimen is PIN 2376/68 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sulistyk River (left tributary of Igrimyuz River), which is in a Kungurian carbonate limestone in the Kubergand Formation of Tajikistan.
