Cornuaspongia longidepressa
Taxonomy
Cornuaspongia longidepressa was named by Senowbari-Daryan (1994). Its type specimen is UMIP 23484 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 85-CAR-10, Carhuazcocha, which is in a Norian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Chambara Formation of Peru. It is the type species of Cornuaspongia.
