Taxonomy
Ramina andina was named by Haas (1953). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cerro de Pasco area, Ninacaca, loc. 78, which is in a Rhaetian marine limestone in Peru.

It was recombined as Actaeonina andina by Bandel (1994).
