Pseudobaylea poperimensis
Taxonomy
Pseudobaylea poperimensis was named by Maxwell (1964). Its type specimen is UQ F42848, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UQ L2084, Yarrol, which is in a Serpukhovian marine siliciclastic in the Poperima Formation of Australia.
It was recombined as Mourlonia (Pseudobaylea) popperimensis by Sabattini and Noirat (1969).
