Taxonomy
Parvikirkbya transita was named by Kozur (1985). Its type specimen is P 1458/Ko 1980 I-53 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mihalovits quarry, sample Bükk 13/1980, which is in a Wuchiapingian carbonate limestone in the Nagyvisnyo Formation of Hungary.
