Nyranytarbus hofmanni
Taxonomy
Hemiphrynus hofmanni was named by Fritsch (1899). Its type specimen is CGH Me 54, a carapace, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Nýřany (Insect Collection), which is in a Moscovian lacustrine siliciclastic in the Kladno Formation of the Czech Republic.
It was recombined as Nyranytarbus hofmanni by Harvey and Selden (1995), Štamberg and Zajíc (2008) and Dunlop et al. (2013).
