Taxonomy
Anthracomartus granulatus was named by Fritsch (1904). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Rubengrube, near Neurode (Nowa Ruda), which is in a Westphalian A terrestrial shale/coal in the Zacler Formation of Poland.
