Cretadiplura ceara
Taxonomy
Cretadiplura ceara was named by Selden (2006). Its type specimen is MfN MB.A 979, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Crato (MfNB collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Cretadiplura.
