Anthracomartus triangularis
Taxonomy
Anthracomartus triangularis was named by Petrunkevitch (1913). Its type specimen is USNM 37968 and is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Joggins Mines (USNM coll), which is in a Westphalian A terrestrial siliciclastic in the Joggins Formation of Canada. It is the type species of Coryphomartus.
It was recombined as Coryphomartus triangularis by Petrunkevitch (1945), Petrunkevitch (1949) and Petrunkevitch (1953).
