Coeloceras grenouillouxi
Taxonomy
Ammonites grenouillouxi was named by d'Orbigny (1844). It is not extant. Its type specimen is MNHN F R.4097. Its type locality is Les Cottards, nr Saint George de Poisieux, which is in a Pliensbachian marine horizon in France.
It was recombined as Coeloceras grenouillouxi by Schlatter (1980) and Donovan and Surlyk (2003).
