Taxonomy
Succinobertus adjacens was named by Wunderlich (2008). Its type specimen is F1764/BB/AR/CJW and is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic amber (Wunderlich collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Succinobertus.
