Cymatochiton kaibabensis
Taxonomy
Rhynchoteuthis kaibabensis was named by Brady (1955). Its type specimen is MNA G2-351 and is a mold. Its type locality is Bottomless Pits, Walnut Canyon, which is in a Roadian shallow subtidal limestone in the Kaibab Formation of Arizona.
It was recombined as Cymatochiton kaibabensis by Yochelson (1971).
