Taxonomy
Microtoxodus gulakmani was named by Delsate (2003). Its type specimen is GZB18, a set of teeth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dudelange, Ginzebierg (MNHN), which is in a Levesquei marine marl in Luxembourg.
