Taxonomy
Kozlowskia was named by Fredericks (1933) [Sepkoski's age data: C Bash-l P Leon-m Sepkoski's reference number: 400,403]. It is not extant. It is the type genus of Kozlowskiini.

It was assigned to Marginiferinae by Hoare (1961); to Kozlowskiini by Williams et al. (2000); and to Strophomenida by Sepkoski (2002).
