Taxonomy
Xenopsychoda harbi was named by Azar and Ziadé (2005). Its type specimen is MNHN Azar T1, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Lebanese amber, Tannourine (LU T collection), which is in a Barremian terrestrial amber in Lebanon.
