Taxonomy
Palaeoneilo jinjiensis was named by Chen (1982) [Palaeoneilo hulukouensis jinjiensis]. It is a mold. Its type locality is KHG 47, Jinji Hill, Kaiping, which is in a Semicostatum/Turneri marine mudstone/siltstone in the Jinji Formation of China.
