Sirecomima xiphophora

Taxonomy
Sirecomima xiphophora was named by Rasnitsyn (1969). Its type specimen is PIN 2784/1173, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 2784), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan. It is the type species of Sirecomima.
