Wannia scurriensis
Taxonomy
Paleorhinus scurriensis was named by Langston (1949). Its type specimen is TTUP 539, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 4 km NE Camp Springs, which is in a Carnian/Norian terrestrial sandstone in the Camp Springs Formation of Texas.
It was recombined as Wannia scurriensis by Stocker (2013).

Persisten parietal foramen probably present in immature individuals. |
