Permoberothella perplexa
Taxonomy
Permoberothella perplexa was named by Riek (1953). Its type specimen is AM F42520, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Warner's Bay, Belmont (AMF coll), which is in a Changhsingian pond chert in the Croudace Bay Formation of Australia.
It was recombined as Eoglosselytrum perplexa by Béthoux et al. (2007) and Kirejtshuk and Nel (2013); it was recombined as Eoglosselytrum perplexum by Shcherbakov (2006), Rasnitsyn and Aristov (2013) and Pérez-de la Fuente et al. (2022).
