Rectotrophia is a genus. It is not extant. It is the type genus of Rectotrophiinae.

It was assigned to Pentamerida by Sepkoski (2002); to Huenellinae by Williams et al. (2002); and to Rectotrophiinae by Williams et al. (2007).
