Aetheia is a genus. It is not extant. Its type is Waldheimia sinuata. It is the type genus of Aetheiinae.
It was assigned to Aetheiinae by Cooper (1959) and Williams et al. (2002); and to Rhynchonellida by Sepkoski (2002).
