Lygobius knowltoni

Taxonomy
Lygobius knowltoni was named by Mitchell (1908). Its type specimen is USNM 50461, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Meriditt mine, 6 miles southwest of Geyser, which is in an Aptian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Kootenai Formation of Montana. It is the type species of Lygobius.
