Kraussina cuneata
Taxonomy
Kraussina cuneata was named by Brunton and Hiller (1990). Its type specimen is BD6739, a valve, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Koingnass (50m Unit) (Carrington collection), which is in a Messinian shoreface sandstone in the Alexander Bay Formation of South Africa.
