Argyrotheca laevis

Taxonomy
Argyrotheca laevis was named by Cooper (1988). Its type specimen is USNM 551506a, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Giant Portland Cement Quarry, which is in a Priabonian carbonate limestone in the Tupelo Bay Formation of South Carolina.
