Holophagus picenus
Taxonomy
Urocomus picenus was named by Costa (1862). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Giffoni Valle Piana, Salerno, which is in an Alaunian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Dolomia Principale Formation of Italy.
It was recombined as Holophagus picenus by Rieppel (1985); it was recombined as Undina picena by Bassani (1895) and Schultze (2004).
