Petropsychops superbus

Taxonomy
Petropsychops superba was named by Riek (1956). Its type specimen is UQ C2136, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Denmark Hill, new outcrop (UQ collection), which is in a Norian pond siltstone in the Blackstone Formation of Australia.

It was corrected as Petropsychops superbus by Lambkin (2014).
