Platythyris vendeensis

Taxonomy
Platythyris vendeensis was named by Middlemiss (1978). Its type specimen is BM. BB 76516, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Le Grand-Brechard, Soullans, Vendee, which is in a Cenomanian coastal marl in France.
