Praecubanothyris sulcifera

Taxonomy
Terebratula sulcifera was named by Schauroth (1855). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Val di Rotolone, Recoaro, which is in an Anisian carbonate limestone in Italy.

It was recombined as Terebratula (Waldheimia) sulcifera by Bittner (1890); it was recombined as Praecubanothyris sulcifera by Dagys (1974); it was recombined as Ornatothyris sulcifera by Owen (1988).
