Boltonia robusta
Taxonomy
Boltonia robusta was named by Pruvost (1919). Its type specimen is MGL 1752, an exoskeleton (d), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Thiers pit spoil heap, Anzin mines, which is in a Westphalian B terrestrial shale in France. It is the type species of Boltonia, Boltopruvostia.
It was recombined as Boltopruvostia robusta by Prokop and Nel (2004).
