Aizengyps toomeyae

Taxonomy
Aizengyps toomeyae was named by Emslie (1998). Its type specimen is UF 159428, a limb element (tarsometatarsus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Haile 7C, which is in a Pleistocene terrestrial horizon in Florida. It is the type species of Aizengyps.
