Miraquila terrestris (eagle)
Taxonomy
Miraquila terrestris was named by Campbell (1979). Its type specimen is ROM 13025, a limb element (left tarsometatarsus, distal end), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Talara Tar Seeps, which is in a Pleistocene tar horizon in Peru. It is the type species of Miraquila.
