Taxonomy
Astreopora wallaceae was named by Bromfield (2013). It is not extant. Its type locality is Ramandu PNG2.1, New Britain, which is in a Langhian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks/packstone in the Yalam Formation of Papua New Guinea.
