Caipirasuchus stenognathus

Taxonomy
Caipirasuchus stenognathus was named by Pol et al. (2014). Its type specimen is MZSP-PV 139, a partial skull (An almost complete skull, lacking the posterior left region and part of the occipital region, found in articulation with complete lower jaws), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Boa Esperança farm, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian fluvial sandstone in the Adamantina Formation of Brazil.
