Taxonomy
Phyloblatta visenda was named by Becker-Migdisova (1961). Its type specimen is PIN 840/172, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Zheltyi Yar (PIN collection 840), which is in a Gzhelian pond siliciclastic in the Alykaevskaya Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Xenoblatta visenda by Schneider (1978).
