Cicadocoris brunneus
Taxonomy
Mesoscytina brunnea was named by Hong (1983). It is an impression. Its type locality is Yujiagou, collection Lby/y3, Beipiao City, which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian terrestrial mudstone in the Haifanggou Formation of China.
It was recombined as Mesocimex brunneus by Wang et al. (2009); it was recombined as Cicadocoris brunneus by Dong et al. (2013), Dong et al. (2014) and Jiang et al. (2016).
