Sulcirhynchia picteti

Taxonomy
Lamellaerhynchia picteti was named by Burri (1956). Its type specimen is Naturhistorisches Museum Basel, Nr. 1250a, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mont-de-Chamblon W of Yverdon (Uttins quarry), which is in a Hauterivian marine horizon in the Marnes d'Uttins Formation of Switzerland.

It was recombined as Sulcirhynchia picteti by Smirnova (2012).
