Taxonomy
Cratyna interposita was named by Mohrig and Röschmann (2005). Its type specimen is BMNH Pal PI II 370(1), an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Dominican Amber (NHML/BMNH collection), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the Dominican Republic.
